Veri, the water of La Cursa El Corte Inglés
Veri, the water of the Pyrenees.
Participants who compete in the race will have a water refreshment point in the middle of the route, in Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, and at the finish, in Plaça Catalunya. Hydrating correctly is very important to recover the water lost during the effort.
The water of Veri comes from the thaw and rainfall of the high Pyrenees, far from any urban or industrial aggression. It springs spontaneously, fresh and pure, at an altitude of 1,235 metres and filters naturally through limestone rock formations. In this way, it’s slowly enriched with the mineral salts and trace elements typical of the Pyrenean subsoil.
Due to its purity and privileged composition, Veri water was declared medicinal mineral water in 1969. Its low sodium content makes it a water recommended for low sodium diets and also for the preparation of baby food.
In addition, Veri belongs to the Ecoembes Integrated Packaging Management System, which is why it has the Green Dot label.
